Flat rate shipping orders are shipped via
UPS Ground to the lower 48 states from Head West Outfitters, and excludes international orders. We do not ship internationally at this time.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We do our very best to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Items that are in-stock in our warehouse are usually shipped within 48 hours.
Items shipped from the manufacturer generally take longer depending on the manufacturer
and their policies. Please see product description for expected shipping times. Items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will
typically ship within 48 hours if the item is in stock.
Please an extra 5-7 days shipping time for boots drop shipped to the following states: Arkansas, California, Oklahoma, Texas, and Washington.
We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible but can not guarantee delivery times. You will receive a shipping notification email with
UPS tracking information as soon as your order ships.
