Flat rate shipping orders are shipped via
FedEx or USPS Priority Mail (or First Class Mail for very small items) to the lower 48 states from Head West Outfitters, and excludes international orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CAN NOT ship exotic boots outside the United States due to strict custom regulations. This includes, but not limited to ostrich, snake skin, elephant, crocodile, etc.

Items that are in-stock in our warehouse are usually shipped within 48 hours.
Items shipped from the manufacturer generally take longer depending on the manufacturer
and their policies. Please see product description for expected shipping times. Items that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer will
typically ship within 48 hours if the item is in stock.
We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible but can not guarantee delivery times. You will receive a shipping notification email with
FedEx or USPS tracking information as soon as your order ships.
